 My PMP35H course only partially loads and doesn't complete
Solution Question

I am trying to open an activity in the PMP35H course, but it only partially loads and then it stops.

Can you help me resolve this?

We have a couple troubleshooting tips to help you with this issue.
  1. Try clearing your cache, temporary internet files, cookies and private data and then launch the course again. Often this will resolve the issue for many students.

  2. Ensure you have disabled all toolbars as these can sometimes interfere with our training materials

  3. Ensure you have made an exception on your firewall for pmcampusonline.com (the training center) so that it is a trusted site
Complete the above and then try launching the course again.

If you are still experiencing difficulty please send with your message to the helpdesk a screenshot of the problem pasted into a word document (.doc file extension - word version 1997-2003).
