I am trying to get the PMPAID course to work, but I am having trouble.

Can you tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Answer

The first thing you will need to do is to check that you are using the correct browser.

Please note that for the PMPAID course the technical requirements are:
Internet Browser: MS Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher - warning no other browser is supported for this course.

Secondly, you will need to ensure you have turned the pop up blocker off to get the course to launch in a new window. We have a tutorial in our helpdesk to help you.
